After finishing the first week of Insanity, Elena was hooked. The feeling she got after thew workouts was unbelievable, and she felt so good about herself. She gave 110% during each workout. After the First Round of Insanity After the first round, Elena lost 17lbs, and lost 20 inches. Her endurance and stamina were so much better. Elena was so happy with her results that she decided to do it again. So far, she's lost a total of 55lbs and 50 inches using Insanity. She use to be a size 18, but now she is down to a size 11. Elena has never had a flat stomach in her life, so she is still getting use to her new body.
