The Insanity Workout Fitness Test

The Insanity Workout Fitness Test is used to track your progress throughout the entire 60 days of the Insanity Workout. You take it every two weeks. Each time you take it, you will see improved results. You will be amazed on how much you improve.

Day 1 of the Insanity Workout starts out with the fitness test. Before I started, I thought the fit test would be easy. I figured Day 1 would be a warmup and that Shaun T. would take it easy on us.  I was so wrong. Insanity’s Fit Test is actually harder then most workouts I have done in my life, including p90x.

 

I made it through the fit test of the Insanity Workout, and let me tell you, it is not easy. I had to stop many times to catch my breath but it was ok. I just do as much as I can and took a break whenever I needed it. Don’t try to keep up with the people in the video because these are people who have already completed the Insanity challenge. I thought I was in fairly decent shape before starting. Boy was I wrong. I know that when I am done with the 60 days of the Insanity Workout, I will be in sick shape.
