Start your day with a cup of Green Tea
Breakfast: Shakeology with water or ice or both. (adding a 1/2 cup of fruit is optional)
Snack: 1 piece of fruit.
Lunch: Shakeology- water and ice only followed by a cup of green tea.
Snack: Shakeology- water and ice only (Can have after dinner instead of before if you like)
