By 2030, it's estimated that more than 60% of the residents of Tennessee will be considered obese. This is a terrifying trend, but one worth noting.
It's a trend worth noting because there's something Team Beachbody can do about it. Leaders like our 2012 Beachbody Challenge winner, Richard Neal, are the ones on the ground, fighting this trend, and making people realize there's a way out.
But Richard can't do it alone. And Tennessee isn't the only state in danger. The obesity epidemic is just that - an epidemic - and Team Beachbody is the answer. But, we need to be diligent. We need to take this crisis seriously.
